1. Have professional qualifications and results of scientific and technological activities as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 3 of Decree No. 87/2014/ND-CP, amended and supplemented in Clause 1, Article 2, Decree No. 27/2020/ND-CP and have health that meets job requirements.
2. Not a person being prosecuted for criminal liability or serving a penalty; banned from holding positions, practicing professions or doing certain jobs that have not had their criminal records erased according to Vietnamese law and foreign laws where they reside and work.
3. Must not be a person working for a political organization or socio-political organization abroad or in Vietnam that has activities that sabotage the Party’s policies, guidelines, and legal policies of the Vietnamese State. Male.
4. Meet all conditions according to labor laws to be allowed to work in Vietnam.
5.
