Pursuant to Article 7 of Circular 07/2023/TT-BKHCN regulating personal profiles to consider hiring for leadership positions in public science and technology organizations.

Accordingly, people Overseas Vietnamese and foreign experts need to prepare the following documents to be considered for hiring to hold leadership positions in public science and technology organizations:

– A copy certified by a competent authority of the validity of the diplomas and certificates, accompanied by an authenticated or consularly legalized copy in a foreign language;

– Scientific curriculum vitae proving professional qualifications, results of scientific and technological activities and experience as prescribed by law, accompanied by an authenticated or consularly legalized copy in a foreign language;

– Criminal record and relevant documents to prove that the applicant has not committed a crime or is being prosecuted for criminal liability;

– Commitment according to form 01 in the Appendix issued with Circular 07/2023/TT-BKHCN of the applicant proving that he is not working for organizations with activities that violate the Party and State’s policies. ; Vietnamese legal policy.

Accordingly, people Overseas Vietnamese and foreign experts who want to hold leadership positions in public science and technology organizations need to prepare the following documents:

– Health certificate within 06 months from the date of application submission;

– Criminal record and relevant documents to prove that the applicant has not committed a crime or is being prosecuted for criminal liability. In case a foreigner has resided in Vietnam, the criminal record card will be issued by Vietnam;

– Commitment of the person being considered for hire to hold the position of leader of a public science and technology organization proving not to work for organizations that have activities that violate the Party and State’s policies; Vietnamese legal policy.
